Salma Nasrin Chatterjee
Master of plumbing, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Salem, Tamil Nadu, India
- Old Salem Works
- Since 1996
- English, Bengali
I'm a plumbing specialist. If you live around Salem, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Salma: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
