Salim Waleed Zidan
First-generation students mentor, Alexandria
- 🇪🇬 Alexandria, Alexandria, Egypt
- Alexandria Foundation
- 1998 to 2022
- English, French
For 24 years I've mentored people in first-generation students and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
