Salim Ochieng

History and social studies teacher, Mukono

  • 🇺🇬 Mukono, Central Region, Uganda
  • Since 2005
  • English, Swahili
For 21 years I have been the history teacher at Phoenix Primary School. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I've coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.

More about Salim

If you were in my the final-year class class, you probably remember the long bus ride home.
