Salim Karim Nasser

Choir director and singer

  • 🇲🇦 Marrakesh, Marrakech-Safi, Morocco
  • Marrakesh Oakwood Quartet
  • 1987 to 2004
  • English, Arabic
I play folk music and saxophone. I started in 1987 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness. I teach about 18 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.

More about Salim

I wrote my first song when I was 15. It was terrible and I still love it.
