Salim Idris Rahman
Coached boxing for 27 years in Aswan
- 🇪🇬 Aswan, Aswan, Egypt
- Aswan Boxing Gym
- 1987 to 2014
- English, Arabic, French
For 27 years I ran the boxing program at Aswan Boxing Gym in Aswan. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
What gifts mean to Salim: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
