13 years teaching Spanish in Mecca

I taught Spanish at Heritage Grammar School in Mecca from 1979 to 2004. Most days I taught teenagers, and I never once raised my voice.
Over the years I had 1,380 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Salim
If you were in my teenagers class, you probably remember that terrible school play.
What gifts mean to Salim: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
