I teach French and physics at Victory Middle School, Nairobi. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Outside the classroom I make terrible puns. Inside it, I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Salim
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Salim: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
