Salim Bilal Mebarek
Musician with Girona Orchestra
- 🇪🇸 Girona, Catalonia, Spain
- Girona Orchestra
- Since 1997
- Spanish
I play sitar and oud. I started in 1997 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 14 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Salim
I write my first song when I was 14. It was terrible and I still love it.
What gifts mean to Salim: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.

You played at our wedding in 2012 and it was perfect. Greetings from Enugu.
