Sakshi W. Deshmukh
Teaching mentor, Mumbai
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Eastgate Association
- 1997 to 2015
- English, Gujarati
For 18 years I've mentored people in teaching and nursing. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Sakshi
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
