Helping people break into engineering
- 🇮🇳 Thane, Maharashtra, India
- Sunrise Foundation
- 1983 to 1994
- English, Bengali
For eleven years I've mentored people in engineering and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
