Sajib Ratul Bose
Mentor in software and leadership
- 🇧🇩 Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Gazipur Foundation
- 1997 to 2021
- English, Bengali
For 24 years I've mentored people in software and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
