Helping people break into nursing

For ten years I've mentored people in nursing and software. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
