Sajib Kamrul Zaman
Mentor in finance and teaching
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Andes Foundation
- Since 2004
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,060 people through Andes Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Sajib
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Sajib: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
