Youth martial arts coach and mentor

I've coached martial arts at Bogra Swimming Club since 2007. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
