Saima Ayesha Lashari
Piano and oud teacher
- šµš° Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan
- Gujranwala Ensemble
- 1984 to 2004

I play piano and oud. I started in 1984 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 13 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Saima
I wrote my first song when I was 19. It was terrible and I still love it.
