Saima Anum Hanif
Coached swimming for 13 years in Faisalabad
- 🇵🇰 Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan
- Faisalabad Northside Sports Club
- 2011 to 2024
- English, French
For 13 years I ran the swimming program at Faisalabad Northside Sports Club in Faisalabad. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I fix old bicycles.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Saima
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Saima: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
