I coached netball at Gazipur Holy Cross Swimming Club from 2001 to 2022. Most of my players were between 12 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Saif
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Saif: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
