Mentor in design and first-generation students

For nine years I've mentored people in design and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
