Sade Yakubu

Badminton and fitness coach, Ikeja

  • 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
  • Ikeja Riverside Youth Club
  • Since 1989
  • English, Hausa
For 37 years I've run the badminton program at Ikeja Riverside Youth Club in Ikeja. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
