Sachin A. Randhawa
Master of painting and decorating, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Durgapur, West Bengal, India
- Gateway Workshop
- Since 1978
- English, Hindi
I've worked in painting and decorating since 1978. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 2,060 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 19 years later for another job.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Sachin
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.

What gifts mean to Sachin: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.

You fixed our roof in 1997 and charged half what others asked. Greetings from Irapuato.
