Sachiko Yamashita
Musician with Tokyo Hillcrest Choir
- 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
- Tokyo Hillcrest Choir
- Since 1981
- English, Japanese
I've played choir direction since 1981, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach.
I teach about 7 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Sachiko
I write my first song when I was 19. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Sachiko: I'd put a gift toward recording a small album.
