Sachiko Sachiko Shimizu
Mentor in first-generation students and trades
- 🇯🇵 Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan
- Tokyo Community Trust
- 2015 to 2024
- Japanese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 280 people through Tokyo Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Sachiko
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
