Sachiko Kaori Uchida
21 years teaching art in Setagaya
- 🇯🇵 Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan
- Cedar Grove Girls' School
- 2000 to 2024
- Japanese
For 24 years I was the art teacher at Cedar Grove Girls' School. I taught primary school children and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Sachiko
If you were in my primary school children class, you probably remember the snow day nobody expected.
What gifts mean to Sachiko: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
