Sabina Shapla Pramanik
Mentor in first-generation students and entrepreneurship
- 🇧🇩 Comilla, Chattogram, Bangladesh
- Comilla Community Trust
- 1979 to 1991
- English, Bengali
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 400 people through Comilla Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Sabina
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
