I taught early years and social studies at Harbor Primary School, Jalandhar. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I had 1,100 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Sabbir
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
