Sabbir Masud Sen
Painter, potter and teacher at Old Dhaka Studio
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Old Dhaka Studio
- Since 2014
- English, Bengali
I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes calligraphy. My first show was in 2014 at Old Dhaka Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Old Dhaka Studio, which keeps me honest.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Sabbir
I've had 9 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.

What gifts mean to Sabbir: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
