I teach materials science at Birmingham State University since 2016, and supervised 38 dissertations along the way.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term. It sounds small, but students remember small things.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to Rylee: Any gift helps me keep buying books for students who can't afford them.
