I'm a woodcarving artist based in Bakersfield. I've been making things since 1979 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives.
Most of my work is inspired by faces I pass in the street. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Rylee
I've had 14 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
