I taught art at Los Angeles Primary School in Los Angeles from 1985 to 2010. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I never turned anyone away.
I coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Ryan
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Ryan: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me art in 1987 at Los Angeles Primary School. I still remember the snow day nobody expected. Greetings from Bologna.
