I taught accounting and chemistry at Greenfield Girls' School, Vancouver. I never once raised my voice.
Over the years I had 620 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Ryan
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Ryan: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
