I've volunteered with Bayview Volunteer Corps since 2016. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I never rush a conversation. Small habits keep a team together.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Ryan: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
