Ryan M. Castro

Traditional drumming player and teacher in Manila

🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
Manila Hope Orchestra
Since 1986
English

I've played traditional drumming since 1986, mostly in pubs, churches, weddings and anywhere else that would have me. These days I also teach. I teach about 7 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I run most mornings. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Ryan

I write my first song when I was 16. It was terrible and I still love it.
