Helping people break into teaching

For eleven years I've mentored people in teaching and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Ryan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
