Helping people break into nursing

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 900 people through Kansas City Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Ryan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Ryan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
