Ryan H. Hansen

Volunteer mentor with Orchid Foundation

  • 🇺🇸 Buffalo, New York, United States
  • Orchid Foundation
  • Since 1993
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,520 people through Orchid Foundation. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Ryan

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
