Ryan G. Ramos
Mentor in small business and careers
- 🇬🇧 Manchester, England, United Kingdom
- Manchester Association
- 1981 to 2016
- English, Spanish
For 35 years I've mentored people in small business and careers. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Ryan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
