Ryan F. Quizon
Boxing and fitness coach, Quezon City
- 🇵🇭 Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Since 2017
- English
For nine years I've run the boxing program at Quezon City Athletic Club in Quezon City. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Ryan: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
