Ruwini Samanthi Seneviratne
Mentor in design and entrepreneurship
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Since 2018
- English, Sinhala
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 210 people through Queensway Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Ruwini
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Ruwini: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
