Helping people break into trades
- 🇱🇰 Kandy, Central, Sri Lanka

- Since 2000
- English, Sinhala
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 520 people through Windsor Youth Network.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
