Rutuja P. Jain
Oud player and teacher in Mumbai
- š®š³ Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Hillcrest Ensemble
- Since 2017
- English
I play oud and gospel. I started in 2017 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 18 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I watch every football match going.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Rutuja: Any gift will help me keep teaching kids who can't afford lessons.
