Rutuja L. Mehta
Volunteer mentor with Mumbai Learning Hub
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai Learning Hub
- Since 2003
- English, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,380 people through Mumbai Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Rutuja
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
