I've coached martial arts at Frangipani Sports Club since 1994. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Rutuja
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
