I taught social studies at Kasarani Public School in Kasarani from 2002 to 2025. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
I ran the homework club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

If you were in my Grade 11 class, you probably remember that terrible school play.

What gifts mean to Ruth: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
