Ruth Lucy Githinji

Teacher at Queensway Grammar School, loves design and technology

I teach design and technology at Queensway Grammar School in Mbarara since 1985. Most days I teach the final-year class, and I answer every email, even at midnight. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

What gifts mean to Ruth: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
