Ruth Janet Karanja

Helping people break into leadership

🇰🇪 Mombasa, Mombasa, Kenya
Kilimanjaro Mentoring Circle
Since 1985
English, Spanish

I'm a mentor in leadership. I've spent my career as a clerk and now give some of that back. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river. I'm still learning every day.

More about Ruth

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
