For eleven years I was the environmental science teacher at Maple Ridge Public School. I taught Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 640 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Ruth: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
