Ruth H. Santos

Volunteer mentor with Manchester Mentoring Circle

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 900 people through Manchester Mentoring Circle. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Ruth

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
