For 26 years I've run the rowing program at Addis Ababa Football Club in Addis Ababa. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
