I work mostly in watercolor, sometimes woodcarving. My first show was in 1997 at Little Los Angeles Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I never rush a conversation. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
More about Ruth
I've had 6 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Ruth: A gift would go toward materials for my next series.
