Ruth B. Kirby
First-generation students mentor, San Diego
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- 2006 to 2021
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 860 people through Beacon Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
